Chris Comet is a composer, producer, arranger, keyboard player. He also engineers his album projects in his Texas based studio “Soaring Eagle” After a successful musician/producer/session man career over Europe, Chris Comet came to the United States 35 years ago, in Hollywood and started playing and producing in famous studios such as Westlake, A&M, Record Plant, Fantasy, Jackson family private studio and so on… He worked with musicians such as Lenny Castro, Vinny Colaiuta (Drummer for Sting, Madonna, Jeff Beck, Frank Zappa…), Michael Landau, Freddie Washington, Manu Katche (drummer for Peter Gabriel and sting), Sam Riney on Sax, Kamil Rustam on guitar.
He has also worked with Bernie Chiaravalle; (Michael McDonals's band since 1988 to this day. Bernie has either shared the stage or recorded with many artists including, The Doobie Brothers, Pat Simmons, Hall & Oates, Tommy Sims, Wilson Phillips, Chaka Khan, AWB, Billy Preston, India Arie, Toto, Christopher Cross, Cher, Marc Cohn, Jeff Bridges and many more..); Simon Philips, (one of the world's most renowned and respected drummers, he has toured and recorded with many bands and artists, including: Mick Jagger, The Who, Jeff Beck, Jack Bruce, Peter Gabriel, Joe Satriani, Tears for Fears, Judas Priest, Roxy Music, Michael Schenker, Nik Kershaw, Phd., Al DiMeola, 801, Pete Townshend, Russ Ballard, Robert Palmer, Stanley Clarke, The Pretenders, Jon Anderson, Whitesnake and Dave Gilmour... ), Shannon Forrest, (an American drummer and percussionist involved in the recording of successful albums by Brooks & Dunn, Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Carrie Underwood, Mary Chapin Carpenter, The Chieftains, Willie Nelson, Ricky Skaggs, Trisha Yearwood, Lee Ann Womack, Jerry Douglas, Merle Haggard, Tim McGraw, Josh Turner, Toby Keith, Alabama, Montgomery Gentry, Kenny Rogers and many others. Forrest has been a touring musician with Toto since 2015), Craig Young, (Nashville session bassist, writer and producer who has played on hit records for Jewel, Lady Antebellum, Elton John, Indigo Girls, The Wreckers, Wynona, Michael McDonald, Megadeth and many others), to name a few.
